Conservation Contracting, LLC (CC,LLC) is owned and operated by Seth Rankin, with help from his wife Kayla and son Lucas. Seth has an extensive background in the wildlife and natural resources management field, starting with a degree in fish and wildlife management from Hocking College as well as other studies in wildlife management from different accredited colleges. He has worn many different hats over the years and has worked professionally for state and federal agencies as well as private wildlife and land management organizations. Most recently prior to forming CC,LLC he worked as a Wildlife Biologist and Land Stewardship Director for two separate private organizations, was a licensed real estate agent, and honorably served a 6 year term in a cavalry unit with the Ohio Army National Guard. Seth formed CC,LLC in 2018 after realizing a need for an experienced and dedicated contractor to fill the land and wildlife management void in his region of southern Ohio. Through hard work and dedication Seth has earned the trust and respect from past and current clients and the business has grown each year. He is a licensed certified Ohio prescribed fire manager, commercial herbicide applicator and commercial UAV (drone) operator. Seth has a passion for hunting, fishing and trapping… and is an all around woodsman. More importantly though he considers himself a conservationist first, and strives to constantly give back to mother nature and to others through his work.
